The Why
My goal in starting DAC was to work with highly motivated individuals who were willing to put everything on the line in their pursuit of mastery. However, throughout my time working with and talking to these types of individuals, I came to realize there was a need. I realized that many teams don’t have the resources to hire a full-time, well informed strength coach, which led to less than optimal training and performance. I realized that this could not continue and that we needed to be part of the solution.
Our Solution
Our solution was to design a semi-individualized training template that not only provides the groundwork your players need, but also the individualization they desire.
Here’s How it Works:
Results
James Sackett Assistant Prof of Kinesiology, PhD, Cornerstone University"Their pursuit of investigating novel, baseball-specific, training techniques is outstanding. From the effect of specific exercises on muscular activity to the effect of warm up techniques on overall performance, the team at DAC Baseball is dedicated to determine if certain training techniques actually work prior to prescribing them to their athletes. They have been involved in several cutting edge research studies that will lead to incredible changes in baseball athletes’ training regimens at all levels. Working with them for the past year has been a pleasure and I would highly recommend their training to anyone who asks".

In Closing...
Many college, high school, and travel ball coaches simply cannot afford to hire a full time strength coach. As a result, the training, and consequently performance, of their athletes is compromised. We simply can’t allow that. By providing in-person evaluations, individualized mobility programming, and tiered lifting templates, you can rest assured the training of your athletes will be in good hands.
