Services/Products Refund Policy

As of 7/1/17 all services and products put out by dacbaseball.com or D.A.C. Baseball, LLC are not eligible for refund.

Issue of Non-Payment

All payments to be made to D.A.C. Baseball, LLC or dacbaseball.com are to be made within two days of the payment inquiry. The given service or product will be halted after five days of non-payment. The party will be notified payment is due on the day of payment. They will be reminded on day two if the payment has not yet been completed. If payment is not completed within five days, the party will be notified that service from D.A.C. Baseball, LLC or dacbaseball.com has been nullified via email.

Issue of Disputes

If there are any disputes with any service, product, or payment the customer has with D.A.C. Baseball, LLC or dacbaseball.com, the staff of D.A.C. Baseball, LLC or dacbaseball.com is to be notified within 10 days of the given dispute via writing. We will work to resolve the issue immediately.

They are strictly the result of the given individual. D.A.C. Baseball, LLC or dacbaseball.com cannot guarantee you will stay healthy or get the results you desire. By working hard plus smart toward your goals, the likelihood increases, but leaves us no guarantees. Therefore any lack of result or improvement is not the responsibility of D.A.C. Baseball. Likewise, any decision to not adhere to the program set forth by us is not our responsibility.

Our goal is to provide the best services/products possible. However, we still cannot guarantee you will get the results you want. If this is not what you want to hear, that’s okay. We probably weren’t the company for you anyway. If, instead, it left you feeling motivated, welcome aboard. We look forward to working with you.
